Version 4.1

Version 4.1 has the following enhancements :

first version that has support for AIX 5.1 :
- support for JFS for all utilities
- includes support JFS2 for reduce utility
new licensing classes :
- class I : support for filesystems smaller then 1GB
- class II : support for filesystems smaller then 2GB
- class III : support for filesystems smaller then 10GB
- class IV : support for filesystems of unlimited sizes
